There is a law on the books in New York State that bans the use of drivers talking on a handheld cellphone without an earpiece.

They might as well take it off the books.

I have seen more and more people driving with their cellphones glued to their ear over the last few years. One time, I was at the Whitestone expressway and I past 4 cars and guess what they had attached to their ears as they clogged the left lane of the highway:

Cellphones all glued to their ears.

How about this one? People trying to parallel park with their cellphones stuck in their lobes.

This is utter bullshit!

Here’s a good one? One time I was walking to the gym on an early Sunday morning. As I waited for the light to turn green I saw a car pass by with driver and passenger who I guess were in their early twenties. Both of them were on their cellphones.
