I contacted my buddy Shaft to tell him about the Trojans-Beavers game, and how 5′3″ inch Jacquizz Rodgers is running the ball down the vaunted USC defenses throat.

He tells me he is watching the Mets.

I try to convince him to give that up. That they are driving us crazy with their antics.

I guess we bought them good luck this night. The Metsies came back and won 7-6.

What a night for the America’s pastime!

The Brew Crew swept the Pirates on Braun’s grand slam walk-off.

The Twins swept the ChiSox and are now in first place in the AL Central.

Man, it’s going down this weekend.

I do know this: Santana will close out Shea’s regular season with a W!

I guess Svuem will pitch CC on 3 days rest again, as they will need the win to stay in contention for the wild card spot.

Can you say one-game playoff at Shea on Monday? Mets have won the coin toss.
